Our Philosophy
Nobody likes surprises. We believe that the fixed transparency of a unit
trust portfolio better suit todays investor. Style drift is not something you need
to be concerned about. Our goal is to create a portfolio of unit trusts that may
be used as building blocks for establishing a balanced asset allocation strategy
for the buy and hold investor. Chasing yesterdays hot sector has proved disastrous
for many investors over the last couple of years. We prefer to develop products
whose structure and security selection can stand the test of time. These would include
products appropriate for investors with a wide range of investment objectives from
producing current income to capital appreciation. Most of all, we pride ourselves
on service and integrity.
