you, your broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial representative through

from your transaction history with us, our affiliates or others, from your inquiries
by mail, e-mail or telephone, and information we collect on our website through
the use of "cookies." For example, we may identify the pages on our website that

Patriot Act
The Patriot Act requires Advisors Asset Management, Inc. to verify the identity of
persons opening new accounts, including:

terrorist organizations to determine if the person opening an account is on any

about the source of funds deposited into such accounts.
